Return Policy

You may return most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (for example, if you received an incorrect or defective item).

You will typically receive your refund within four weeks after handing your package over to the return carrier. In most cases, however, refunds are processed much faster. This timeframe includes the transit time required for us to receive your return from the carrier (5-10 business days), the time needed to process your return once received (3-5 business days), and the processing time required by your bank to complete our refund request (5-10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view your order through the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you by email once we have received and processed your returned item and issued your refund.

Shipping

We can ship to almost any address worldwide. Please note that there may be restrictions on certain products, and some items cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and the shipping options you select. Depending on the carrier you choose, estimated delivery dates may be available on the shipping quote page.

Please also note that shipping rates for many items are calculated based on weight. The weight of each product is listed on its product detail page. In accordance with the regulations of the carriers we use, all weights will be rounded up to the nearest whole kilogram/pound.
