1. Return Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned in their original, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
  • Items must include all original packaging and accessories (if applicable).

2. Return Process

  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the official return address.
  3. Please securely package the item and include your order information.
  4. Please do not send your return to the original shipping address. Returns sent without approval or to an incorrect address may not be processed.

3. Return Shipping Fee Policy

  • For returns caused by customer preference or personal reasons, the return shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or defective due to our mistake, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide an appropriate solution.
  • Return shipping fees may vary depending on the courier service selected.

4. Order Processing & Cancellation

  • Orders are usually processed within 3–7 business days before shipment.
  • If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order.
  • Once your order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
  • Cancellation is only possible before dispatch and within the applicable cancellation period.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Digital products
  • Items that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered
